We are very pleased to announce that People for Research has achieved MRS Recruiter Accreditation status. We are now fully accredited within the Market Research Society’s new scheme, developed in partnership with the Association for Qualitative Research (AQR).
The overall aim of the scheme is to improve the quality of qualitative recruitment in the UK by ensuring that accredited recruiters fully understand the principles, techniques and legal/ethical requirements of research.
People for Research now has seven fully accredited recruiters – more than half of our recruiting team –, which means that our company has been awarded with full accreditation. If you have noticed a couple of new logos added to our email signatures, this is why!
It’s been a joy to take our recruitment team through the process of obtaining MRS Recruiter Accreditation. We worked hard to get through all the modules, and ran an internal training initiative, awarding a prize alongside this too to further motivate our recruitment experts. A big ‘well done’ to all our accredited recruiters! This has simply added another layer to the existing internal training and quality assurance programmes we conduct, all which go towards showcasing to our clients that we are a team of very skilled participant recruiters.
The Recruiter Accreditation Scheme programme combines online training and assessment with self-directed work-based learning, which can be completed online under the guidance of the MRS. The society recommends approximately 40 hours of training before taking the assessment.
