Q&A with Natural Interaction: “PFR are my favourite supplier”
The only thing better than getting one thumbs up from a client is… getting five thumbs up! We had a quick chat with Adam Babajee-Pycroft, Managing Director at Bristol-based user experience agency Natural Interaction – with whom we have been working for over four years –, to find out what he has to say about working with the People for Research team and our user recruitment process.
How would you describe People for Research’s service?
People For Research are vital to our business as a user experience agency. They get us the high quality participants we need to carry out the research our clients expect.
How would you rate Natural Interaction’s overall experience working with PFR?
I’m not sure what scale to use: let’s say five thumbs up. The team have been instrumental in helping us develop our rapid, remote moderated user research proposition. They’ve been great at helping us understand what’s feasible and adapted to our business needs.

What do you think of our recruitment process?
The recruitment process seems pretty robust. The team are especially helpful when it comes to creating screeners. One thing that impresses me is they won’t overpromise and underdeliver. They’re honest and help moderate our expectations early so that we can set the right expectation with our end clients.
How would you rate the relevance of the participants sent to you?
I think we have a reasonably low drop-out rate. I’m especially impressed with the quality of participants. The team are either super-effective at screening out those who don’t meet the brief, or we’re just very lucky.
What do you value most in the relationship we have with Natural Interaction?
The PFR team are flexible, personable and knowledgeable. I especially value the individual ownership the team take of our participant recruitment needs.
