A “clearcut, refreshing” process that makes you want to take part in research

The words ‘card sorting’ might not sound exciting at all, but not for Pablo, who took part in one of our paid research and testing sessions a couple of months ago. Following the experience, Pablo shared his feedback with us about the session and the People for Research team, and he now encourages everyone to apply and take part in research.

We recently published a blog about paid card sorting and treejack testing, so you can find out more here.

Pablo, who lives in London, joined the PFR community in March 2017 and got to take part in research one month after signing up. Unfortunately, this is not always possible for all of our participants due to the high amount of applications we receive on a daily basis. Although we work hard to include as many people in research as possible and we value your unique feedback as a tool to improve different products and services, it’s important to remind you that we work according to really specific briefs provided by our client, so the final decision is not always up to us.

When asked what made him join People for Research a few months ago, Pablo revealed that a friend recommended our company. According to Pablo, the sign up process “was really simple and clear”, as was applying to the projects on the website.

“I thought the whole process was refreshing, clearcut and makes you want to get involved”, Pablo said after his session, which involved an interview and a card sorting exercise related to credit and finance.

Although the process left Pablo with an overall positive opinion, the PFR team also left a strong impression. Pablo mentioned that whenever one of our team members got in touch, the calls were “to the point, warm/friendly and very clear”.
